You don't need to come from a traditional Product Management background.
We're looking for someone who understands how websites fail, how users experience those failures, how reliability should be measured, and how those signals can be turned into a useful SaaS product.
This is an early and influential role.
You'll have the opportunity to help shape SREMonitor's product architecture and roadmap rather than simply maintaining an established product.
You'll work directly with the founder on areas including:
Website Monitoring → User Journeys → SLIs/SLOs → Synthetic Monitoring → Performance → Compliance → AI-assisted Reliability
We want to make sophisticated SRE practices accessible to organisations without requiring them to build an entire observability team.
This is a paid role. We discuss pay and working arrangements with candidates at interview.
